 Reservations will close on April 30, 2025 and after that, refunds will be unavailable  see   cancellation policy below:

Cancellation:
 Full refund less a $35.00 credit card processing fee of the ticket price will be refunded if   cancellation notice is given 4 weeks prior to the start of the event. All cancellations within 4 weeks   prior to the start of the event will not be refunded unless we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist.
